I&#039;ve tried eating closer to the Asian style, but the amount of work involved and the details of leftover management for each side dish have pretty much left me sticking to either Western-style cooking or rice porridge and pickles with one small main dish.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;*sigh* I miss the old days when my mom would lay out a dinner like this every night.
