I actually had puff pastry in the fridge and we usually just bake them and top with fresh berries and whipped cream (mixed with a little amaretto), but I made the galette this weekend with pear/peaches/cherry/apricot variations and it was easy and yummy

Foodette: I went to the Montrose one last weekend but often hit the Pasadena one in Victory Park or the South Pasadena one on Mission. Sometimes I’ll also visit the Venice beach one if the weather is nice, or even the tiny Eagle Rock one on Friday evenings! Lots of choices….
