I went to vacation in Japan about a month ago and tried doria in this small Japanese restaurant called D's House. Hamburg doria. It was to die for!! Too bad I came home and found out there are pretty much no Japanese places that serve it. Thank you so much for the recipe!!

this looks delicious. i am betting this will become one of my favorites too when i get around to making it. i posted the recipe to arroz con pollo, although it’s a bit rough as the chef doesn’t really use a recipe!
