I saw your note on my blog re: the Hot & Sweet mustard — sadly, it's true. I posted about it a couple months ago (http://dianatakesabite.blogspot.com/2008/10/wanted-dead-or-alive-trader-joes-hot.html) and received a bunch of comments from other How & Sweet lovers who were also upset that it was discontinued.

I did discover a good replacement – Inglehoffer Sweet Honey Mustard. I actually think I like it better than the TJ's version!
