Elena: Here's the link to the recipe- the Terra restaurant calls these gnudi "malfatti" which is basically the same thing. I used the more commonly known "gnudi" in my post but this is the recipe I used. Very simple! I was going to make the accompanying rabbit but my butcher didn't have it so I switched gears.
