		<description><![CDATA[Clare: I didn&#039;t have to turn the potatoes, but my guests were running late so I went ahead and flipped them and put them back in the oven on a lower temp so they could just sit in the salt.  The carrots only took about 20 minutes in a 425 oven- they&#039;re actually quite skinny.  I like them to retain a little bite.  Make the steak- you guys have good beef in Ireland!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daniela, Thank you!  You&#039;re the pastry chef, and I do hope to hear your stories one day. France! Pastry! The chefs!  See you next week.]]></description>
