		<description><![CDATA[Hey Clare! I need to make it my mission to make baked versions of all my favorite fried treats. These would be great with this filling, or you could use ground turkey or chicken in place of the tofu too- in which case I&#039;d add either one raw egg to the filling after it&#039;s cooled or extra cornstarch since using meat makes it more crumbly and you need it to bind together. I think I&#039;ll try this same technique but use a mexican filling instead...black beans, cheese, green chilies....yum!]]></description>
